Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern bookings made with Justvia Bespoke Travel, a UK travel company arranging small-group and tailor-made journeys to Georgia. By placing a booking or paying a deposit, you agree to the booking conditions set out here. Please read them carefully.
This website is operated by Justvia Limited, trading as Justvia Bespoke Travel, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11234571. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Justvia Limited, and "you" means the person who makes the booking and everyone in their party.
Making a booking
Booking starts when you send us an enquiry and we confirm availability. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a written booking confirmation by email. The person who books must be 18 or over and is responsible for the whole party, including making sure the details given to us are correct.
Prices, deposit and payment
Deposit secures your place. The balance is due by the date shown on your booking confirmation, normally several weeks before departure. If a balance is not paid by its due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.
Prices are per person and are land-only unless stated otherwise. International flights are not included unless we state so in writing. Your confirmation lists exactly what is and is not included in your trip.
If you cancel or change your booking
If you book on or before 19 August 2026, you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of paying your deposit and receive a full refund of all amounts paid. This includes the full £990 per person if you chose to pay in full, and this 14-day promise takes precedence over the cancellation scale below. A later balance payment does not start a new 14-day period. After this 14-day period, the deposit is non-refundable. Bookings made on or after 20 August 2026 must be paid in full at the time of booking, and the 14-day refund period does not apply. If the balance is not received by 2 September 2026, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you, and the deposit will be retained. This 14-day refund period is offered voluntarily by Justvia and does not affect your statutory rights. Full details, including cancellation charges after the refund period, are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
If we change or cancel your trip
We plan every trip with care, but occasionally we may need to make a change. Minor changes happen from time to time and are part of travel. If we have to make a significant change or cancel your trip before departure, for reasons within our control, we will offer you a suitable alternative date or a full refund of the money you have paid to us. We are not liable for costs you arrange separately, such as flights, so please read the insurance section below.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for every Justvia traveller. You must hold a policy that covers medical treatment and repatriation, trip cancellation, and the activities on your itinerary, for the whole time you are travelling. Please arrange it as soon as you book, and bring the policy details with you.
Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas your trip requires, and for meeting any health or entry requirements. UK travellers should check the latest advice for Georgia on GOV.UK foreign travel advice. We are happy to help, but we cannot be responsible if you are refused entry because a document or requirement was not met.
Your trip and your conduct
Our trips involve mountain roads, walking on uneven ground, and rural guesthouses. You should be in reasonable health and let us know of any medical condition, mobility need, or dietary requirement when you book, so we can help you enjoy the trip safely. We may decline to carry, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour puts others or themselves at risk, without refund.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to arrange your trip as described. We work with trusted local guides, drivers and guesthouses, and we accept responsibility for the parts of the trip we are contracted to provide. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, sometimes called force majeure, such as extreme weather, road closures, natural events, strikes, or official restrictions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, please tell your guide straight away so we can put it right on the spot. If it cannot be resolved there, please write to us at contact@justvia.com within 28 days of returning, and we will look into it properly.
Your data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, please contact us before you book. We would rather answer a question now than leave you unsure.
