Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Justvia Bespoke Travel collects, uses and protects your personal data when you enquire, subscribe, book a trip, or simply browse this website. We ask only for what we need to answer you and to arrange your travel, and we treat it with care.
This website is operated by Justvia Limited, trading as Justvia Bespoke Travel, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11234571. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Justvia Limited. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.
How to contact us
If you have any question about this policy or your data, please get in touch:
- Email: contact@justvia.com
- Phone or WhatsApp: +44 7845 082084
The information we collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Trip details such as travel dates, group size, interests, dietary needs, and any preferences you choose to share.
- Booking and payment details. When you pay a deposit or balance, the payment is handled by our secure payment providers (PayPal, and Stripe if you pay by card). We receive confirmation that a payment was made, but we do not see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us by email, form, WhatsApp, or phone, and our replies.
- Website usage data such as pages viewed, collected through cookies and analytics (only if you agree). See our Cookie Policy.
How we collect it
We collect most of your data directly from you: when you fill in an enquiry or subscribe form, email or message us, book a call, or make a booking. We also collect some website usage data automatically through cookies, but only where you have given consent through our cookie banner.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To answer your enquiry and arrange your trip. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing our contract with you.
- To send you updates you asked for (for example our newsletter). Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To understand how our website is used so we can improve it. Lawful basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
- To keep proper business and accounting records. Lawful basis: our legal obligations.
- To keep our website and communications secure and to handle any dispute. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running the business responsibly.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@justvia.com. Answering your travel enquiry is not marketing, and we will always respond to a genuine enquiry.
Who we share your data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run Justvia, and only so they can perform their service for us:
- Brevo stores our enquiry and subscriber list and sends our emails.
- PayPal and Stripe process deposit and balance payments securely.
- Google Analytics gives us anonymous website statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity give us aggregated heatmaps and session recordings (with the text you type masked), so we can see how the site is used and make it clearer, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- WonderPush delivers browser push notifications, only if you opt in through your browser's notification prompt.
- Calendly is used when you book a call with us.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries your messages if you choose to contact us that way.
- Our website host keeps the site and its data secure.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, but only to the extent needed.
Sending data outside the UK
Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) so your data stays protected.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Booking and payment records: 6 years, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
How we protect your data
We use secure connections, limit access to your data to people who need it, and work only with reputable providers. No system is ever completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
- ask us to transfer your data to another provider;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these, just email contact@justvia.com. We will respond within one month.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check back so you always know how we handle your data.
