Cookie Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Justvia Bespoke Travel uses, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy. Justvia Bespoke Travel is a trading name of Justvia Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 11234571.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They help the site work properly, remember your choices, and, if you allow it, help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Essential cookies are always on because the site cannot work without them, but analytics cookies only run if you agree. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings on our site, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
The cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary cookies (always active). These keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. They do not track you for marketing.
- wpconsent and related cookies: remember whether you accepted or refused cookies, so we do not ask again. Stored for up to 1 year.
- WooCommerce cookies (for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, and the shop session cookie): remember what is in your basket while you browse the shop. These last for the session or up to about two days.
2. Analytics cookies (only with your consent). These help us see how many people visit, which pages are popular, and where we can improve. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Google Analytics (cookies such as _ga and _ga_*): tell us how visitors use the site. Stored for up to 2 years. These run only if you accept analytics in the banner.
- Hotjar (cookies such as _hjSession* and _hjSessionUser*): shows us heatmaps and session recordings (with the text you type masked) so we can see how visitors use the site and improve the pages. Runs only if you accept analytics in the banner. See Hotjar's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity (cookies such as _clck and _clsk): gives us aggregated heatmaps and session replays (with typed text masked) so we can see where the site could be clearer. Runs only if you accept analytics in the banner. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
3. Advertising cookies. We do not currently use advertising or social media tracking cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
4. Push notifications (WonderPush). If you choose to allow browser notifications, we use WonderPush to send occasional Georgia travel updates. This happens only if you explicitly opt in through your browser's notification prompt, and you can turn it off at any time in your browser settings. WonderPush stores a technical subscription identifier for this. See WonderPush for their privacy terms.
Managing cookies
You are always in control. You can:
- change your choice through the cookie settings on our site;
- delete or block cookies in your browser settings (see your browser's help pages).
Please note that if you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, such as the shop basket, may not work as expected.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp or PayPal. Those sites have their own cookie and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Please check their policies when you visit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
