Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy sets out what happens if you, or Justvia, need to change or cancel a booking. It applies to our small-group tours, including Warm Svaneti.

Your deposit

A £150 per person deposit secures your place. It comes off the £990 land-only tour price, with the remaining £840 due by 2 September 2026. It is fully refundable within 14 days of payment, on bookings made on or before 19 August 2026. If you have paid the full £990, the whole amount is refundable on the same terms. From 20 August, bookings are paid in full at checkout and the 14-day refund period does not apply. For bookings made on or before 19 August 2026, if you cancel within 14 days of making your initial booking payment, we will refund all amounts paid for that booking, including the full £990 per person if you chose to pay in full. This 14-day promise takes precedence over the standard cancellation scale below. A later balance payment does not start a new 14-day period. After the 14-day refund period, the deposit is non-refundable, as we begin holding your place and arranging your trip. If the balance is not received by 2 September 2026, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you, and the deposit is retained. This 14-day refund period is offered voluntarily by Justvia and does not affect your statutory rights.

If you cancel

After the 14-day refund period, or for bookings made on or after 20 August 2026, the following cancellation charges apply, based on how far before departure you cancel. Charges are a percentage of the full tour price per person.

• More than 4 weeks before departure: loss of deposit only (£150 per person).
• 2 to 4 weeks before departure: 50% of the tour price.
• Less than 2 weeks before departure: 100% of the tour price.

Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel. We always recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, and it is required for all guests.

If we change a trip

In the rare event that we must change or cancel a departure, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund of the money you have paid to us. Questions? Please contact us.
