How booking works
What happens after you pay
- You pay the £150 deposit online by card or PayPal, or message us first if you would rather talk it through.
- We confirm your place in writing and send a receipt, usually within one working day.
- You receive the full itinerary and a simple pre-trip checklist.
- The remaining £840 is due by 2 September 2026; we send a reminder and an invoice in good time.
- Final details follow about two weeks before you travel.

There is no third party holding your money. You pay Justvia directly, so we have made the safeguards plain and easy to check.

Pay with PayPal and your deposit is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, an extra safeguard at no cost to you.

Cancellation & refunds
We keep our terms clear and fair. Whatever you pay is fully refundable within 14 days of payment, on bookings made on or before 19 August 2026. If you have paid the full £990, the whole amount is refundable on the same terms. From 20 August, bookings are paid in full at checkout and the 14-day refund period does not apply. For bookings made on or before 19 August 2026, if you cancel within 14 days of making your initial booking payment, we will refund all amounts paid for that booking, including the full £990 per person if you chose to pay in full. This 14-day promise takes precedence over the standard cancellation scale below. A later balance payment does not start a new 14-day period. After the 14-day refund period, the deposit is non-refundable, and cancellation charges apply:

Is the deposit refundable?
Your £150 deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of payment, on bookings made on or before 19 August 2026. If you have paid the full £990, the whole amount is refundable on the same terms. From 20 August, bookings are paid in full at checkout and the 14-day refund period does not apply. For bookings made on or before 19 August 2026, if you cancel within 14 days of making your initial booking payment, we will refund all amounts paid for that booking, including the full £990 per person if you chose to pay in full. This 14-day promise takes precedence over the standard cancellation scale below. A later balance payment does not start a new 14-day period. After the 14-day refund period, it becomes non-refundable, and cancellation charges apply: more than 4 weeks before departure, you lose only the deposit; 2 to 4 weeks, 50% of the tour price; less than 2 weeks, 100%. When is the balance due?
The remaining £840 of the £990 land-only price is due by 2 September 2026. Bookings made on or after 20 August 2026 are paid in full at the time of booking rather than by deposit. We send a reminder and an invoice in good time.
How do I pay the deposit?
Securely online by debit or credit card, or with PayPal. Paying by PayPal adds PayPal Buyer Protection at no cost to you. You receive a written confirmation and receipt once your place is held.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is required for all guests.
